Delivery Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives across Product, Development, QA, and Art teams
  • Translate business goals into realistic delivery plans — timelines, milestones, ownership, dependencies
  • Proactively identify and remove blockers, resolve competing priorities, and keep delivery momentum
  • Build and maintain delivery processes using Scrumban and Kanban principles
  • Provide full visibility into delivery progress and escalate risks to the COO when necessary
  • Continuously improve delivery predictability, workflow stability, and cross-functional collaboration

REQUIREMENTS
  • Hands-on delivery experience in IT or Game Development
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC and cross-functional product development
  • Practical experience with Scrumban and/or Kanban frameworks
  • Track record managing delivery through dependency management, WIP limits, prioritization, blocker resolution, and flow efficiency optimization
  • Experience working with delivery metrics: Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP, Blocked Items Rate / Blocked Time, Work Item Aging, Delivery Predictability
  • Fluent or native-level Russian
  • Experience improving delivery systems and processes, not just coordinating execution, is a plus
  • Background in fast-paced environments such as LiveOps or iGaming is a plus
  • Experience implementing and scaling data-driven delivery practices is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity, highly interdependent environments is a plus
