GameBeat nominated for Best Game Developer at the EiGE Awards 2026GameBeat has been nominated for Best Game Developer at the EiGE Awards 2026, the European iGaming Excellence Awards run by HIPTHER, and the public vote that decides the shortlist is open until 31 August.
The nomination lands in the middle of the busiest year the studio has had. Seventeen games have gone live since January, a new title roughly every fortnight, and the catalogue now runs to fifty-six slots since the first release in 2021. What sits inside those seventeen is the part worth reading: Hold & Win in half a dozen configurations, the three-pots variant twice since July, two Book titles, pay-anywhere, ways-to-win, cash collect, and a classic five-reel machine of the kind the studio has made since the beginning. A slot provider is judged on range as much as on any single game, and range is what a fortnightly release rhythm buys.
The work behind that rhythm is in-house. GameBeat builds on its own graphics engine, written for high frame rates, fast loading and lower battery drain on the phones most players actually use, and the games run in HTML5 with WebGL across every screen size without a separate build per platform. Art direction and sound design sit inside the studio as well, which is where the cinematic quality the catalogue is known for comes from — atmosphere is difficult to outsource and easy to lose.
The EiGE Awards run in two stages. The public vote, open from 19 to 31 August, produces the shortlists, which HIPTHER publishes on 1 September. Winners are then chosen by the industry itself: attendees of the HIPTHER Warsaw Summit vote in a secret ballot on 27 October, and the results are announced that evening at the InterContinental Warsaw.
Voting is open to everyone — colleagues, partners, operators and players alike — with one vote permitted per category per email address. The ballot for Best Game Developer, along with the twenty other categories, is at
